Böwer is a modern family business located in Neuenkirchen. Founded as a carpentry workshop in 1888, we are now a globally active full-service partner: as a general contractor, we combine the ultimate in craftsmanship and design in the realisation of exclusive interiors and room concepts for our clients. At the same time, we provide everything from a single source – from concepts and initial drafts to construction and practical realisation. Our projects focus primarily on the realisation of exclusive interior design concepts for super and mega yachts and private residences.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Holistic coordination of the project and management of the project team,
  • Contact partner with responsibility for liaison between the designers, the customer and the project team,
  • Preparation, organisation and hosting of all necessary project meetings,
  • Procurement of authorization for all project relevant activities from the customer,
  • Definition of project standards under consideration of technical specifications, the design brief and all interfaces,
  • Quality assurance in accordance with the design brief, preparation of the detail catalogue and the project standards,
  • Assuring compliance with budget constraints and completion deadlines.

What is important to us:

  • qualification as a state certified wood technician (m/f/d) or a degree in the area of wood technology / interior architecture / structural engineering,
  • several years of professional experience in project management,
  • proficiency in written and spoken English,
  • numerous years of experience in detailed construction,
  • outstanding personal and interpersonal skills,
  • dedication, sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a team,
  • confident and self-assured attitude and level-headedness, even in hectic situations.
