Head of Con­struc­tion (m/​w/​d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you – effective immediately – as Head of Construction (m/f/d) in the yacht interior field.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage the entire construction process for yacht interiors

• Keep an eye on timelines and the quality of work

• Lead a motivated team of technicians and ensure efficient, goal-oriented collaboration

• Act as the direct contact for our project managers, supporting them and providing regular project updates

Your profile:

• Degree in wood engineering or qualification as a master cabinetmaker or wood technician

• Several years of experience in yacht interior construction

• Initial leadership experience

• Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, TopSolid Wood)

• Team-oriented and collaborative

• Enthusiastic about taking responsibility and driving exciting projects

• Good command of English
