For us, supporting young talent means placing trust and handing over responsibility. That’s why we’ve launched a special project for our apprentices: the “Azubiboot” – an old dinghy our young joiners are restoring and making seaworthy on their own.

As a reward, they receive a sailing license sponsored by us – and get to use the boat in their free time. All aboard!
